Responsibilities:

·   Performed call testing and data collection, drive tested the network to obtain coverage, optimization, throughput and hand-over data in several markets and states: Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, South of Wyoming;

 

·   3G (1900 & 800Mhz, CDMA & EVDO) testing

o   supporting E-911 activities: phase1 and phase 2 testing,

o   CTTP testing, IVHHO troubleshooting testing,

o   Cluster and migration drive testing, Legacy Drives, CLA Drives, CA Drives, Hot Swap.

 

·   4G LTE (2500 Mhz, 1900 Mhz & 800 Mhz) testing:

o   Stationary tests ATP (downlink, uplink, ping) and Handoff test;

o   Cluster drives (DL, UL, Ping) for these 3 frequencies using phones, hot spot NETGEAR devices and dual band scanner;

 

·   Assisting Sprint RF and/with Samsung RF engineers in optimization, migrations, and troubleshooting 3G & 4G process;

 

·   Troubleshooting, resolving LTE complaints and trouble tickets with RF engineers, RAN Commissioning and  E911 technicians;

·   Operate and troubleshoot pilot multiband scanners, Samsung S3, Conquers, M380’s, LG Viper, Samsung S4 Mini & Hotspot UE’s, or any kind of test equipment for myself and other team members;

 

·   Trained new technicians in 3G and 4G process and provided technical support for all during the testing  through Teamviewer sessions or on a live call;

 

·   Interworking with other telecommunication specialists: OPS team, construction team etc in any kind of situation or location: DAS, field, etc.

 

·   Reviewed post process cluster drive data in Mobile Meridian;

 

·   Strong knowledge of operation system Xcal-M (Accuver), QPST, QXDM, Microsoft streets and trips, MS Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook email clients, Google Earth;
